A Strategic Choice Cascade is a way of organizing the choices made while strategy is being established and evolved. Introduced by Roger Martin and popularized in the book, "Playing to Win," it guides people to think through their strategy choices. Making choices out of context can lead to misallocation of resources, confusion and even contradictions. Putting decisions in context, and in an organized way, makes it easier to achieve alignment while executing on goals. This workshop will help you rationalize the strategic pricing choices that will impact your strategic objectives.
